Bedsong

A song that grew out of a personal situation that led to some emotional growth for me. Bedsong explores themes of regret, heartbreak and the love language of shared songs.
The track features a sparse arrangement and a vulnerable solo vocal sound. I wrote it primarily in the key of D major, shifting to Eb major, with some borrowed chords and modal mixture thrown in for good measure.
